born 1940 in Berlin. 1957 – 1962 painting and graphic design studies at University of Arts in Berlin. Illustrator for Publishing houses and agencies in Germany. Marriage with graduate en-gineer Hannspeter Scheide, two children, Eva Caroline (painter) and Sebastian (graduate engineer). Freelance artist with teach-ing activity in her own studio in the town of Molfsee, dose to Kiel. She is member of the „Northern-German Realists“ and her work is presented in museums and art collections throughout Schleswig-Holstein.

Tightened realism. Natural or artificial, Plain-air or studio – she draws unerring like a sniper and uses all kinds of techniques to mount thoughts and doings in a new realistic picture world. Her favoured motives are landscape, genre, and portrait.
